Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped from the Kingdom of Bahrain to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your destination and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International orders may take longer due to distance and customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Any applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure. We are unable to refund orders refused or delayed due to unpaid customs charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking has not updated after several days, contact us at info@banunus.com.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@banunus.com — we can only update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@banunus.com and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. Banunus is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
