Returns & Refunds Policy

At Banunus, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at info@banunus.com.
All Sales Are Final
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color choices, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right. To be eligible, you must:
Contact us at info@banunus.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Keep the item in its original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Once we receive and review your request, we will let you know whether your claim is approved. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
Return Shipping
For approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we instruct otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Even in the case of a quality issue, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale, clearance, or discounted items
Personal care and hygiene products
Perishable goods
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
Gift cards
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@banunus.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and this policy's "All Sales Are Final" terms apply.
